Orders, Bookings & Enquiries

• All catering bookings, party orders, and bulk requests are subject to confirmation by our team
• Quotes shared over phone, WhatsApp, or email are indicative until formally confirmed
• Event dates, guest counts, venue details, and menu selections must be shared accurately at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to decline orders or bookings that we cannot reasonably fulfill

Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website or shared in quotations are subject to 5% GST extra unless stated otherwise
• Advance payment or deposit may be required for catering and large orders
• Final billing may vary based on confirmed guest count, menu changes, add-ons, travel, or service requirements
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the type of service booked. For catering and event orders, cancellation charges may apply if notice is not provided within the agreed timeframe. Please confirm the applicable policy with our team before making an advance payment.

Delivery, Pickup & On-Site Service

• Delivery and live cooking services are available within agreed service areas and timings
• Customers must provide safe access, adequate setup space, and required utilities where applicable
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, or factors outside our reasonable control may affect service timing

Food Safety & Allergies

We prepare pure-vegetarian food in our kitchen. While we take care in food preparation, customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements must inform us in advance. We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed allergies or last-minute dietary requests we cannot safely accommodate.

Website Use
